The (delayed) 2021/22 AGM and the 2022/23 AGM will be held at the Clubhouse on Monday 4th December at 3pm. For those not able to attend the meeting at the Clubhouse, a Zoom link will be circulated closer to the date.
The Agenda for the 2022/23 AGM includes a proposal for an updated set of Club Rules which can be found here, this proposal has the support of the President, Committee and the Alumni Advisory Group. Please find a letter here, which gives further explanation for this proposal.
According to Club Rule 15 (d): No member, save with the consent of the Chair of the meeting, shall bring any matter before the meeting unless he has given notice of a motion in writing to the Honorary Secretary not less than 14 days before the meeting (although points for discussion only may be received up to 72 hours before the meeting).
