After a degree in Biochemical Engineering at University College, Swansea and a PhD at Girton College, Anthony joined Arthur D. Little strategy consulting in 1990. He spent eighteen years working mainly in the energy and transportation sectors, based in the UK and Hong Kong and subsequently, led turnarounds of two ailing international consulting organisations. Anthony is now Business Development Director at Stagecoach plc, the international public transport operator.
Anthony is Club Secretary of Cambridge University Cricket Club and a Director of Cambridge University Cricket & Athletics Company. He is a member of Leander and MCC.
